These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of eroelevationprogram.com and the services, training portal, and communications offered by ERO Elevation Program, a brand of Legacy Software Solution ("ERO Elevation," "we," "us," or "our"). 1. Our services
ERO Elevation Program provides compliance resources, team training (including the online tax training games portal), and bank product enrollment support for tax professionals and Electronic Return Originators. Our materials are for education and business support. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice for any specific situation.
2. SMS / text messaging terms

What you'll receive: messages about your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, account and enrollment updates, training notices, and, if you opt in to marketing, program news and offers.
How you opt in: by entering your mobile number on our website forms and checking the SMS consent box, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

3. Accounts and access codes
Training portal seat codes are for the purchasing business and its team members only. You are responsible for keeping sign-in details private and for activity under your account. Codes may not be resold or shared outside your organization.
4. Purchases, billing, and refunds
- Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor.
- Training portal seat plans provide access for 12 months from activation.
- Because access codes are delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable once a code has been activated, unless required by law. Contact us within 7 days if you have a problem with your purchase.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in the training portal, including games, questions, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by ERO Elevation Program or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
